S1: Business interruption in the production environment, including the following scenarios:
- After a system crash or failure (OS/Mirrorship system), the Mirrorship service cannot restart, or core components (FE/BE) fail to start, rendering the system inoperable.
- After the Mirrorship system starts, all functionalities are unavailable, or core functionalities (e.g., querying) are unusable.
- Business data loss in the online production environment due to system anomalies.
S2: Partial business unavailability in the production environment, with core functionalities malfunctioning, including the following scenarios:
- Complete failure of data imports via any method.
- Severe degradation in query or import performance (5x slower than usual).
- Incorrect query results with no viable workaround (e.g., erroneous or inconsistent results).
S3: Abnormal usage of partial business functions in the production environment, including but not limited to:
- Partial functions or features failing to execute properly.
- Complete unavailability of all Manager functionalities.
S4: Non-production environment technical issues, general usage inquiries, product requirements, and improvement suggestions, including but not limited to:
- Whether certain features are supported, e.g., window functions.
- How to use Manager.
- Incomplete or unclear development documentation for certain features, e.g., materialized views, UDFs, etc.
